The Meme Factory
The Meme Factory is a creatively branded Product Requirements Document for Tool Bag, a model-agnostic AI infrastructure monorepo. It turns dry technical documentation into an engaging narrative with meme characters as a fictional leadership team, complete with benchmark scorecards, architecture diagrams, and approval signatures from Doge (CEO) and Grumpy Cat (CTO).
Project stack
The PRD covers a real production system: 41 active skills across 6 plugins, 5 MCP servers, a tri-model orchestration layer (Claude Opus, Codex, Gemini), a 6-dimension benchmark framework, and a context tier system. Every number in the document is real. The memes are the only fiction.
