Vandoko
Vandoko is a market intelligence platform that gives automotive dealers real-time visibility into inventory pricing, competitor data, and derived performance metrics. It pulls from MarketCheck, Census, and Google Places APIs to surface the information dealers need to make faster decisions.
Project stack
I built Vandoko across 26 development phases over roughly six weeks, completing 519 commits from February through early March 2026. Each phase followed the same structure: docs, research, plan, implement, UAT. The v1.2 milestone cleared a 7/7 UAT suite. By v1.3, the admin dashboard and derived metrics were live with real dealer data.
